Ipswich Buses Care Cards have been created specifically with the needs of our customers in mind.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable when travelling with us and to feel that you can ask for a little extra help to make your trip as good as you want it to be. If you are concerned about falling on the bus, have hearing difficulties or and other special individual needs then you can use our Care Cards to privately let the driver know what sort of help you need.
Simply show the Care Card to your driver when boarding the bus along with your pass or ticket who will then wait for you to reach your seat safely before they drive off.
There are a few different messages you can use so please do choose from the one that best suits your particular needs. We have wallets available at our Tower Ramparts Enquiry Office for you to use to place your Care Card in.
