Ipswich Buses Performance Statistics for the financial period ending 3 December 2011
- During this period our Company were scheduled to operate a total of 216,872 kms of which 398 (0.2%) failed to operate due to traffic congestion.
- During the period our Company surveyed a total of 544 bus journeys of which 524 (96.3%) operated within the standard set by the Traffic Commissioner of “one minute early/five minutes late”.
- During the period we received a total of 3 complaints. We received 1 public commendation regarding the excellent customer service of our staff.
- During the period we submitted 6 vehicles for their annual MOT test all of which passed at first presentation. This year we have submitted 48 buses for MOT of which 46 have passed at first presentation.
