IPSWICH BUSES PERFORMANCE STATISTICS
Ipswich Buses Performance Statistics for the four week period ending on 29 March 2008

1. During this period our Company were scheduled to operate a total of 276,917 kms of which 852 (0.3%) failed to operate due to a combination of traffic congestion and some days of staff shortage.  In the financial year, which ended in March 2008, we have operated 99.5% of our scheduled mileage.
2. During the period our Company surveyed a total of 262 bus journeys of which 244 operated within the standard set by The Traffic Commissioner of "one minute early/five minutes late".  In our present financial year we have surveyed a total of 1433 journeys, of which 91.4% have operated within the standard set for our industry. 
3. During the period we have received a total of 4 complaints, 3 related to personnel issues and 1 to other matters.  During the period we received 4 commendations regarding the actions of our staff. 
   In the present financial year we have received a total of 112 complaints against a total of 137 for the corresponding period last year.  In the year we received 31 commendations regarding the actions of our staff and our service performance.
4. During the period we submitted 7 vehicles for their annual MOT test all of which passed at first presentation. 
   In our present financial year we have submitted 93 buses for their MOT test out of 92 vehicles which have passed at first presentation.
