Changes to Evening Bus Services to Ravenswood

In response to a number of public requests Ipswich Buses have altered the evening timetable on service 1 which links Ipswich Railway station and central Ipswich to Ravenswood.

Buses will now depart from the railway station forecourt at 18:45 and then hourly until 22:45.  The service on Sundays will also depart the railway station at 45 mins past each hour.

Managing Director of Ipswich Buses Malcolm Robson states:-

“Our Company received a number of suggestions from members of the public regarding delaying the departure of service 1 to quarter to the hour.  This will provide a better connection with more trains arriving from London during the evening period”.
