IPSWICH BUSES PERFORMANCE STATISTICS
Ipswich Buses Performance Statistics for the four week period ending 2 January 2010

1. During this period our Company were scheduled to operate a total of 210,936 kms of which 6,791 (3.3%) failed to operate due mainly to adverse weather conditions.  In the present financial year, which started in March 2009, we have operated 99.53% of our scheduled mileage.
2. During the period our Company surveyed a total of 170 bus journeys of which 142 (83.5%) operated within the standard set by the Traffic Commissioner of “one minute early/five minutes late”.
3. During the period we received a total of 13 complaints, 8 related to staff issues and the other 5 to aspects of our operations.  During the period we received 6 commendations regarding the actions of our members of staff.
4. During the period we submitted 4 vehicles for their annual MOT test all of which passed at first presentation.  During the present financial year, which commenced in March 2009, we have submitted 53 buses of all which have passed at first presentation.
