IPSWICH BUSES PERFORMANCE STATISTICS
Ipswich Buses Performance Statistics for the financial period ending 10 September 2011

1. During this period our Company were scheduled to operate a total of 222,640 kms of which 328 (0.2%) failed to operate due to traffic congestion.
2. During the period our Company surveyed a total of 157 bus journeys of which 141 (89.8%) operated within the standard set by the Traffic Commissioner of “one minute early/five minutes late”.
3. During the period we received 15 complaints 8 relating to the recent changes to our “5” ticket. We received 2 public commendations relating to the excellent customer service of our staff.
4. During the period we submitted 6 vehicles for their annual MOT test all of which passed at first presentation.
