IPSWICH BUSES PERFORMANCE STATISTICS
Ipswich Buses Performance Statistics for the four week period ending on 24 May 2008

1. During this period our Company were scheduled to operate a total of 269,588 kms of which 692 (0.3%) failed to operate due mainly to traffic congestion.
2. During the period our Company surveyed a total of 143 bus journeys of which 135 (94.4%) operated within the standard set by the Traffic Commissioner of “one minute/five minutes late”. 
3. During the period we received a total of 6 complaints, all of which related to personnel issues. During the period we received 1 commendation regarding the actions of a member of our staff.
4. During the period we submitted 8 vehicles for their annual MOT test all of which passed at first presentation.
