11th April 2021

Ipswich Buses are pleased to announced that from Monday 12th April 2021 they will be operating both service 615 & 616 to Holbrook Academy previously operated by Suffolk Norse.

Service 615 will no longer commence at Whitehose, ASDA and will now start at Robin Drive and will follow a slightly amended timetable which can be downloaded here.

Service 616 will continue to follow the route operated by Suffolk Norse and the timetable can be downloaded here.

Please note that season tickets issued by Suffolk Norse are not valid for travel on any service operated by Ipswich Buses and anyone in possession of a Suffolk Norse ticker should contact them for a refund.

For those students entitled to home-school transport their current Suffolk County Council passes remain valid.  The fares chart for those students who travel on this service and pay a fare can be viewed here.

Please be advised that Ipswich Buses only accept exact payments by cash and no change is given on our buses and we encourage customers to pay by contactless or to purchase their ticket through our free app. Through the app we also sell a £200 termly ticket which can be used across all our town services and which remains valid during the half-term holiday relating to that term.

We look forward to welcoming you onto our new service and for further information please contact our customer service team by emailing or calling 0800 919 390.
